Hi guys,

I'm not sure if you know of this but I just thought I'd give a heads-up to you all. The Canadian skies, even with all the WOAI stuff installed can get a little quiet. Do yourself a favour, go to AVsim, do the extended search and look up "Darren Belanger". He has done a TON of work from repaints to schedules to voicepacks of all of the lesser Canadian operators. It took me a few nights of aircraft cfg. editing and downloading some additional aircraft models but now I have 60, yes 60 more Canadian operators plying the skies now. So if you want to see the likes of Buffalo Airways, Kenn Borek, Air Tindi, Provincial Airways etc. I can't recommend this enough.

BTW this is all FS9 stuff since that's all my computer decently handles, so maybe it can be ported to FSX, I dunno.

Cheers!

You have to remember that depends upon how powerful the computer is. More AI traffic, slower the computer is.

Also, you have to realize that when a CVA pilot logs into Vatsim, World of AI or any other AI software automatically vanish and replaced by Vatsim's AI traffic.

BTW, I do have all airlines from Canada as AI from World of AI in my laptop.

Regards,

Aharon

I'm well aware what AI traffic does to my computer performance, (been simming since FS 5.1) that's why I stick with FS9. Also I never mentioned Vatsim in my post. This is strictly for offline flyers like myself. And although you have all the WOAI packages installed that only amounts to about 15 Canadian airline packages, the point of the post was to point out the 60 Canadian operators that no package installers have ever been made. Just want to set the record straight.

This is very cool but the problem is I like easy whole package installation like you see in World of AI. I do not see easy packages in other AIs and 95 percent of us CVA pilots do not have clue how to do installation of custom AI with lots of modifications to all files and gimmick.

That is why I do not know how to use cool AIs from this link:

http://www.simlivery.com/AI/

I want AI packages for Air Yukon and Buffalo Airways.

Well I highly doubt 95 percent of CVA don't know how to edit an aircraft config file or know how to use Traffic Tools. Installers are great and I wish there were more packages that were that easy to install.
Editing and creating traffic is time consuming but not hard. I'm sure their are tutorials out there on the subject and failing that, I'd be more than happy to give you any assistance you might need. I do have Buffalo Airways in my skies (although for some reason there's no C-46) and Air Yukon shows nothing but points me to Air North which, of course, has an installer. This extra Canadian AI I have now is quite substantial at well over 1Gig with each of the 60 carriers having numerous repaints, so that pretty well rules out me posting my traffic and aircraft files. Give the manual way of creating traffic a try, and in the end you will be rewarded.

Cheers

Nice stuff Pete!
I haven't had FS9 on my computer in about 5 years but it sure would be fun to see if I can get this running in FSX! Thanks for the heads up!
Gary

No Aharon, just look at my pilot#. Used to be a CVA pilot a few years back ( CVA361 I think ) but just recently came back.

Cheers

Pete,
Thanks for the heads up on the AI, I think I will give it a try.

I just program extra Canadian North traffic all across Canada. Had a 737-200 race with Ai last night into CYXY. Lost to Air north after the Ai cut me off like a wild Birmingham US driver lol.
