(win10 64 bit)Several areas of 2D panels in the Level-D 767 became "dead" after installing FSX-SE. Note the autopilot and several other areas are blank. The green areas clicked fine, including all of FMC and Pedestal controls when selected (behind co-pilot panel), like this:
(three monitors across the top on TH2G, three individual monitors across the bottom, hence the huge pic). This thread has the solution in item #5, manually install 3 Simconnect modules:

Go to:
...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FSX\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\LegacyInterfaces
There you should see three subfolders. Each one has a "SimConnect.msi" file in it. For each folder, click on the "SimConnect.msi" file in it to install that version of simconnect.
It is safe to install all of them, and indeed may make other addons work as well.
You can also see which SimConnects are installed on your computer by looking in Control Panel - Remove Programs.
I executed the 3 installers as instructed, rebooted and panels now look like this and all buttons are clickable.
Now I just have to find the tweaks to be able to undock the co-pilot panel (I've done this before). For some reason I was able to get both panels displayed before the 3 Simconnect installs.
