I have found a way pilots whom use Vpilot or Squawbox to be able to communicate on a private voice channel when we fly multis. ***If you use FSINN you do not need to do the following steps, (all you need to know is to enter rw.liveatc.net/CVA) in your FSINN settings.*** FSINN your Settings window should look like this. See this post here for more reference. http://canadianva.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1960 All other pilot client you will need to download Roger Wilco Mark 1 here http://www.fileplanet.com/57176/50000/f ... lco-Mark-I Installation is easy, first make sure you have administrator privileges. Start the installer EXE. Create a Game Spy account Enter information as required,” personal information does not have to be accurate.” License agreement “click YES” Select installation directory or leave as default. Start directory option “click Next” Install finished “click Next” Shareware option if you wish to choose a subscription do so otherwise “click Next” Installation complete “click Finish” Click on the “Adjust Tab” then Select “Configure” The following Box will show Start the configure Select WAV Recording Choose your speakers and microphone Here you need to ”test” Microphone before you can select “Next Option” Read the instruction in box Select Full Duplex option Select your Microphone transmit key make sure it does to affect your flight sim keys Select connection speed CPU priority Enter your CVA Call sign Finished this is the information page “click Finished” Now go back to the Channel Tab and “click Join” In Join Channel box enter { rw.liveatc.net/CVA} without brackets “click Join” Final connection window should look like this. Start your program and then start your Flight Sim |

Yes when I got to think about it, this was what we used in the old days of flight sim 98 and 2000. It has been there all along hence the reason for the Voice address "rw.liveatc.net/CVA" We should find out how it works with this weeks multi. Wayne is preparing me something to post. |

Nice, I'll try to make it but we're driving the kids to college Saturday and I'm not sure at what time we'll be back. I'll drive faster maybe lol |

I was on the CVA Channel but tried to call a couple times but no answer. If it's set up as in the setting up as FSINN it works great. |
