After arrivflying CYVR- PHNL, I studied the Flight Schedules for a further flight and setlled on PHNL-NZAA.
Details: 6610(PHNL - NZAA) Departure: 11:05 Arrival: 21:30 Equipment: A340-600 (C-FYLU) Distance: 20228.7mi Days Flown: Su M T W Th F S Route: TH CH A1 BKK Notes: Class 4 Flight
So I downloaded the A346 from the CVA download site and flew the Class 4 route.
Today I looked for another route out of NZAA and bid on the back trip to PHNL.
Details: 6611(NZAA - PHNL) Departure: 7:10 Arrival: 17:35 Equipment: B767-300 (C-FOCA) Distance: 20228.7mi Days Flown: Su M T W Th F S Route: CHK V15 MKK V7 LNY B595 TAF G599 AKL Notes: Class 4 Flight This route has been bid on
Again I needed to download the aircraft before I set out on the return journey.
I noticed this time when downloading the B763, that the A346 is actually a Class 5 aircraft, so therefore it looks like it's been tasked on a Class 4 route.
Is this an oversight, or have I missed something?
BTW, the distance from PHNL to NZAA is not 20228.7mi (unless you go the long way). FSACARS suggests the distance is Flight Length: 3961 NM which seems a lot more reasonable. Could this be checked please?
Regards,
