finally got the 3 CRTs running in Windows 7 beta, but I'm having a fatal error when I try to FLY NOW. I'm posting what I do here in case someone else gets the same problem. Here are my tweaks to date:
FSX.CFG WideViewAspect=True (User/Adddata/Roaming/Microsoft/FSX folder)
SoftTH.CFG HideNonDefaultDeveices=1 DoScaleWindowRects=1
Still testing...

Up to this updated list of tweaks:
FSX.CFG WideViewAspect=True (User/Adddata/Roaming/Microsoft/FSX folder)
SoftTH.CFG HideNonDefaultDeveices=1 DoScaleWindowRects=1 DoScaleFromLeftScreen=1 UploadMethod=D3D SecondaryFormat=RGB32 UseMultiHead=0 ForceAffinity=1
Image loads over Left and Center monitors, I move right edge over, the window drops down a bit, and then I drag it across to cover the 3 monitors.
I use ALT-ENTER to go to Full Screen.
I get proper image on Left and Center monitor, SoftTH splash screen on Right monitor.
Pan only moves the C mon.
ALT, only the right end of bar shows up on C mon, beginning of bar does not show up on L mon.

Updated nVidia drivers to 181.71, no better.
Went back to UseMultiHead=1, no difference.
Started opening new views within FSX, undocking them and moving them about on L and R monitors. I was able to get "something" working, but I couldn't refine the camera angles.
I had to use cockpit for the C mon and virtual for L and R, then adjusted with HAT and zoom. For some reason virtual did not work for C mon. It's like mixing apples and oranges, the angles don't work out.
Worked for a bit technically, but the game hung up after a while. So I'm going to yank the SoftTH components back out and see if I can use just the FSX views across the 3 monitors tomorrow.
Even with CRTs it really makes a huge difference having such a wide horizon line, a world of difference for large planes.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I know Win-7 64bit is the way to go for maximum performance (memory and DX11), but damn it's frustrating trying to get SoftTH running on there.
Standard FSX runs just fine, but SoftTH seems to be a crap shoot depending on hardware.

Welcome to the world of "BETA" software
I guess you'll have to wait for it to become mainstream before it will become fully supported.
That being said - Windows 7 is a very nice product so far I've found as well. I've got both the 32 and 64 bit versions and initial testing seems ok.

I FINALLY have the 3 CRTs displaying FS-X, but the center image is wrong; it's squished down a bit, and some of it is lost off to the sides. All 3 monitors are defined 1024x768 in Windows, so I don't get how the center monitor gets fungled up.
I posted over on the SoftTH forums, I think only the coder knows how to correctly tweak this situation. There's a bunch of parameters for this but I don't know how to use them properly.
EDIT: Oh yeah, one last problem, the instruments are totally useless now. They weren't designed to be used this way and their width is screwed up in all 3 monitors. So now I HAVE to get a 2nd PC running in WideFS...
