Just a heads up for the next guy to be in this predicament. I installed FS-X under my main Admin Windows account and then created a Windows account specifically for FS-X. This screws up the fragile FS config files and I lost the Modules option in the Menu bar within FS-X; no longer had access to FSUIPC and SB4.
a) Find the FSX.CFG files for your Admin and Gaming account, mine were here (I am using Windows 7 beta): C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX C:\Users\FS-X\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX
b) Make a backup copy of your Gaming CFG file.
c) Browse the Admin CFG file, scroll down to the TRUSTED programs.
d) Copy the lines for FSUIPC and SquawkBox (and any other add-on that is missing from your Gaming CFG file), mine looked like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Modules\FSUIPC4.dll.xyz=1 C:\Program Files (x86)\SquawkBox\sbtrans10.dll.abc=1 C:\Program Files (x86)\SquawkBox\sbaicontrol10.dll.def=1 C:\Program Files (x86)\SquawkBox\sbmod10.dll.ghi=1 (I changed the letters at the end in case keys were in there)
e) Paste then in your Gaming CFG file in the TRUSTED section (I put them last).
f) Copy DLL.XML from the same folder from the Admin user into the Gaming user (mine was missing).
And that did the trick for me, FSUIPC and SB4 now appeared under Modules from within FS-X.
