Seems to me a specific event is not being triggered.
Be sure you are following these steps exactly: 1. Bid on your flight on the CVA website 2. Start up FSX and load yourself at your departure airport. 3. Set your parking brake. 4. Start FSACARS 5. Answer yes to "plane at departure airport?" 6. Click the "Flight from VA" button 7. Fill in the route and cruise altitude boxes. 8. Click "start log" 9. Release your parking brakes and go flying!
Remember your parking brakes must be set before you Start Log. Also, if you are doing more than one flight you must restart FSACARS before you do your second flight.

Is this with the default ATC in Flight Simulator or the real life ATC on VATSIM?

Sounds to me it might be a sound card issue. You may have to update your drivers.

I did all the sound tests and I heard them all, and I did lower my sound acceleration to 75%. I do still get the static though=/ , Let me just describe it to you, it doesen't do it all the time, I can be talking in ATC just fine then all of a sudden it starts to get static, what is does is it is static with the words, if u strain u can hear the words but its mostly muffled by the static, and all the plane sounds are static also. I was thinking could it be like weather? Sumting about static electricity from the clouds or is Fsx not that detailed lol?

What sort of device are you using to hear sound? Speakers, headphones (with a stereo jack), headphones (with a USB connection)?
If you are using speakers or headphones with a stereo jack, are they plugged into the back of your computer or does your computer allow you to connect them up front?

Check the Information PDF on the home site, it lists the CRJ200, F100 and Learjet as class 2 aircraft.
Personally I flew the ERJ145 to complete that license.

I also have a question regarding ATC, when im on flight and I have an IFR flight plan engaged ATC does tell me when to turn and gives me altitude levels according to my flight, but it doesen't tell me a speed to go at, I don't really need to have this feature since im still flying with propellor powered airplanes and I can control the throttle fine on larger aircraft, but I was just wondering if there is a way to make ATC give you airspeeds to obey?
