Shalom and greetings all my pals,

I cannot find on website or forums a list of hub managers who are in charge of approving all completed FSCARS flights.

I would like to know the name of CYYZ hub manager and his forum screenname or his official canadianva.com email address whom I can ask him technical question on routes and flight schedule please so that I will not break rules by mistake.

The Pilot Handbook on the member site is a great tool. Management put everything they can think of in there, of course there are always exceptions that might slip through.

The best way to ask general questions is to use the forums. That way others with the same question can see the answer. The answer also stays in forum, so another new guy in 6 months can do a search and find the answer too.

Hi Aharon,

We have a Master Hub Manager - Marty Savard - who is in charge of all hubs however when in doubt you can send an email to myself directly (darryl.brambilla@gmail.com), or any of the senior management team.

As the management team monitors the forums pretty much daily it's easier to just post a message here and we can contact you directly from there if needed.
