I haven't really tried the autobrakes yet, I'm still googling for complete cold start procedures. So far all I see refers to CTRL-E.
In the meantime, I do CTRL-E, stop engines, shut down everything and save the flight. Whatever extra function auto-start does in the background gets saved, but I'd really like to be able to do that extra function myself if I can find it.

I haven't checked the video yet, but I did notice something while I was doing some tests in-flight. There's 2 fuel pump valves of some sort under the throttle controls on the engine panel. They seem to work in combination with the start valves I already had assigned to my throttle quadrant
I did notice something funky with auto-brakes when I landed in Toronto just now. I couldn't turn them off once the plane had stopped. I made it to an off-ramp and parked it there. I didn't want to rip of the landing gear and lose the flight.

Yup, 737 in FS-X, I'm using 2D cockpit.

That could be a possibility, perhaps the auto-break coding or file (im not too good with this stuff) isen't there or a possible error in the coding?

Cal, is it possible to take a look at the overhead panel too? The 4 landing light switches on the bottom left are upside-down and the 3 light switches on the bottom right don't work. I use "L" to turn on everything and then turn off whatever I don't want.
I don't know if these work in the default plane.

I have checked out the default FS X 737-800 panel our CVA737-800 uses this panel also and it is in need of a lot of repair. I don't see any way to start the engines without using "CTRL E" the light switches are backwards, door lights don't work, and quite a few more problems. can't believe MS released it like this. It is fixable but a big job. probably faster to find a good 737 panel at AVSIM.COM or FLIGHTSIM.COM. as I am in the middle of painting a Caribou, making a MD-11 panel, and making revisions to the DC-4 panel, but if you want to wait, it can be on the list...... I use FS-9

There's one thing I don't get though. Those that make new planes, don't they start from existing MS files to make the panels though?
I've never looked at how these files work. Is there a good tutorial somewhere on how to edit these ourself? The 737 is such a fun plane, it's a waste to jsut hurry through my license to get to the next plane.
And yeah, it's unbelievable that MS released this plane with so many bugs on the panel. I had only listed the apparent ones.
