Post subject:  Dash8 - Dreamwings - Panel missing?
Howdy Gents!

Looking for some help here now that I am starting to play again in my sim. I installed the Dash8 Dreamwings Q200 and Q400 on my system (FSX) and also installed the free panel from our utilities section. However, when I run FSX I don't get the virtual cockpit panel for some reason...

I double checked the panel config in the actual aircraft panel folder and it is pointing to fsfsconv\Dash8_freepanel and I checked in the root of my airplanes folder and that folder and the objects for it are there.

Did I miss something?

It's been a while since I used it but I can't remember a virtual cockpit ever being there for the 200-just the std one.

Ohh! That might explain it then :)

I like the Premier Aircraft Design (PAD) B1900 but unfortunately it has a speed problem. I can't seem to get the thing over 160 kts...mind you I installed it a very long time ago. Might have to try a reinstall and see if that works. Have you / anyone else tried the PAD version and experienced similar problems?

I know there was an issue with full fuel load / speed issue but I don't think it should be that bad...

I know it costs money, but the Carenado 1900 is very nice.

Yep - I definitely saw that one and she is a beauty! I may consider that at a future date but for the amount of time I am using the sim nowadays not ready to put out that extra $$$ just yet. Thanks for the heads up though!!!
