On the Fuel/Weight Window this is what is given

Aircraft MGTOW=64
GTW with 50% fuel=21393
Max. allowable fuel=0

These values are incorrect. Also the CG is way off and out of range.
Also the engine Prop RPM is uncontrolable, fluctuating between max. and min. when trying to use the Ctrl and F2 keys.

The intent is/was to have CVA liveries for some of the more common free aircraft that people might have. You'll also see some payware aircraft that have been painted over the years. I'm sure everyone wishes we also made them work better too.

Yep, that's a difference in FSX and I'll bet that using Ctrl F2 also messed up your altitude setting. I've found that I had to contol the props using the prop levers on the throttle quadrant. That seems to work ok.
