Uhm I always set it in FSX to updated weather in FSX but how can I check on FSInn that Its weather is disabled? Also yes I took off with full tanks, which I guess would add to the weight but as I burned fuel the plane never went faster or needed less thrust. Im hoping that its the FSInn glitch, anyway I can check if its that?

Go into your settings -> realism and make sure that the radio button for display indicated airspeed is selected.

Where is that located? In FSINN or flight simulator?

Ok I have confirmed for a fact that the problem is FSInn and its that altitude glitch like you guys said, problem solved, I disabled FSInn's weather, and restarted FSInn, and everything is working fine! Except that my plane is only able to cruise at .73M compared to its advertise .78M (throttle is @100% to achieve .73M) If my assumptions are right, I'll be able to speed up when I burn off more fuel, hope everything works ok!

Thanks for everyone's help ;D
