I had the good fortune of running into Chuck CVA3906 today and finally got the problem of seeing CVA livery on VATSIM solved. Am I the only one who was confused by it all? I thought there was some secret handshake or something needed to make it work.

Turns out, I had to have the correct CVA livery files installed in my own FS9 and pointed to with SB. I won't go into how I thought it was supposed to work, but I had no idea that the correct CVA files were available on the Fleet page. So I should show up with CVA colours in Multis from now on. Yeah! :cool:

It wasn't until I was sitting at Telluride last night looking at all the VIP textured CVA planes that I decided to get to the bottom of this myself.

As it turns out, the CVA livery is displayed when you select Canadian Airlines as the airline in SB 3 or SB 4.
