No, you need not pay for that one.
The reason it is listed as shareware is because the copyright for the plane is held by someone else. In the case of the B350, microsoft. So you can't take the plane and bundle it up on a CD and sell it yourself.
If it is listed as Freeware, then the assumption is that it belongs to the public, meaning that you, Rob, could do whatever you want with it, including selling it for a profit.
So it's really just a legal issue is all.
All of the aircraft on the CVA site that are listed as shareware are FREE to use, but someone else owns the rights to them.
