FSInn is a replacement for SB2 and will be an alternative to SB3. It's currently being beta tested and is moving very quickly toward release. I'm sure SB3 is great and I can assure you that you'll love FSInn. The improvements are far too many to list.
At this point, we're making sure all aircraft are properly identified. If you'd like to help with this, log on VATSIM at CYWG for about 5 minutes at 2000 CST (0200z) Saturday, Jan 29. You don't need to do anything, just connect. If you want, you can change aircraft.
The program will log any aircraft it doesn't recognize. That will allow us to ensure that all CVA aircraft will be properly identified. This will provide you with a better experience either flying with FSInn or around someone who is.
I know it's short notice but I hope some of you can show. I'll try to catch Wednesday's multi but I need to test more than Dash 8's.
Thanks!

FSInn is not allowed on the VATSIM Network. It is in the Rule and Regulations at vatsim.net
only Vatsim approved software. If you log on and are caught, you will be suspended.

No, Bill. 100 beta testers have been approved by VATSIM. Our ID's are hard coded into version 4 of FSInn. These are the Canadians involved.... 812223 Denis Brown CA 828517 Jean St-Cyr CA 857169 Jean Morissette CA 810058 Barry Guttormson CA 810114 Greg Phelan CA 810043 Cameron Jones CA 811700 Pierre Turbis CA 852243 Pierre-Luc Arsenault CA
But...no one else should connect with it. Don't think you can though.

Ok, I am corrected, then are we to just logon using FSInn or SB?? Please explain this.
If you'd like to help with this, log on VATSIM at CYWG for about 5 minutes at 2000 CST (0200z) Saturday, Jan 29. You don't need to do anything, just connect.???

Just log on with SB2 like normal. SB3 too, I suppose, for any beta testers.
Since it's hard to arrange, I'll watch for CVA aircraft at airports and try to catch them. I don't really need several pilots but someone who has all the CVA aircraft installed and is willing to switch between them. Failing that, I'll try to make the multi.
If anyone wants to spend a few minutes anytime Sunday afternoon or evening, just let me know.
Thanks!
