Bill, don't want to seem ungrateful, but then again, maybe I'm just dumber than dirt, yeah, that must be it . . . anyway, can't seem to get your textures to work on the Dreamwings Dash 8. I've created a new texture folder (texture.cva), added your files in, amended the aircraft config file, but still won't show? Any thoughts? What have I missed?

Hi Tom, it worked fine for me first shot. Here's what I did.
Made a new sub folder in the Dreamwings folder, named it texture.cva
Opened the texture folder that came with the original download and copied all those textures to the cva texture folder.
Copied all of Bill's textures to the cva folder, overwriting as need be.
Amended the cfg file by adding another fltsim# ( copy and paste ) and changed any entries that pointed to the original copy. In my case, I copied a Horizon fltsim#, so anywhere I saw Horizon, I changed it with CVA. Just make sure the that name of your texture file and your texture entry in the cfg are exact and you should be good to go.

Make sure you change the title entry as well. On the Dreamwings, you should have something like:

Now, assuming that you name the new texture folder to "texture.cva" and also assuming that you copy all the original textures into this folder before adding the newly painted ones, everything will work just fine!

Thanks gents, redid it this aftenoon and now it works. Can't think of anything I did differently, but now it works, go figure. Looks great Bill.
