Until upper management posts a final decision on your question, I would consider the E17x as a regional jet (class 2).
The E19x is more of a dilemma, it is technically a regional jet but is compared to a transborder (class 3). ...So if management wants my 1.93 cents USD, E17x should be class 2 and E19x should be class 3. It would give greater flexibility to users that bought the payware.

Well, as route manager, I'm officially telling you what to assume. Of course I'm not the one approving pilot reports, you might have all your flights rejected.
