Wow, i just checked my email and what should i find but a announcement from Canadian Xpress about their November Fly-in that is this very multi:
VIDP-VQPR on November 17 @ 21h00EST (02h00z)

... Happened to me all the time on climb. Google "FSinn weather bug", it worked fine once I corrected setting, don't remember which one it is.
