Charityflight.com is pleased to announce to the AVSIM community that Worldflight 2004 will be located at Air Combat Zone in Mississauga, Ontario. Air Combat Zone puts YOU behind the controls of a high performance F/A-18 flight simulator. If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to be a real F/A-18 pilot, now is your chance to find out. The Air Combat Zone experience redefines entertainment to bring you the thrill of a lifetime. It’s JUST like the real thing.

Charityflight.com and ACZ have teamed up for Worldflight 2004. Why is this so special? "We wanted to have something, other then the feelings of good will, for those who wish to donate this years event" says Van Caulart, President and founder of Charityflight.com. "What a great opportunity for simmers to make a donation to a great cause, and then get into the mission brief for a F18 during our open house Saturday November 6th, at Worldflight 2004." Steve Bigg, owner and operator of Air Combat Zone says "Besides knowing you’re supporting a great cause, this year, donations of $50 or more made at Air Combat Zone during the event will result in experiencing a 20 min strike fighter mission including a 10 minute flight in one of our CF-18 Hornet combat flight simulators.” Donations of over $150 will receive a gift certificate for orders to complete a standard 1 hour mission at Air Combat Zone. “Support the Sick Kids Foundation and experience the thrill of flying a CF-18 Hornet simulator, it doesn’t get much better than that!” says Bigg. While the Worldflight 2004 open house will be on Saturday November 6th, donations will be accepted and missions can be flown over the course of the event.

This years event will be special in another way for the Toronto GTA. WF2004 will be flying and showcasing the Level-D Simulations, B767-300 as aircraft of choice. Wade Chafe, Laurent Crenier, Pedro Sousa and the LDS development team have released Charityflight.com to use the new development simulator for the event. This simulator is proving to be the best representation of a B767 anywhere, following and surpassing it’s predecessor, PIC767.

If you live in the Toronto area and would like to make a donation to Worldflight, see the LDS 763 in action at Charityflight, or if you would like some F18 sim time, come on out for the open house on Saturday, November 6th, 2004 at: Air Combat Zone Inc. 5170 Dixie Road, Unit 101 Mississauga, ON L5W 1E3. To book your sim time, contact Steve the flight dispatcher at http://www.aircombatzone.com
Tell him you would like the Charityflight special.
