Keith, I emailed you a screenie of the helipad at CBD5. I have it in mid air ascew of the building. By the way the building is landable..... ha ha ha
Old habits are hard to break, I dumped a load of water on the building so the windows are clean but the carpets are wet.

I think this happens when you install the updated terrain mesh for BC.

I'm using scenery by Frank Betts for that airport, so I'll be landing near the buildings anyway.
