Over the holidays, the CVA team has been at work, identifying ways to improve CVA. The forum has been upgraded with more categories, and we've added a management only forum (visible only to CVA Management) that will allow managers to communicate more effectively with each other.

More news to come about all that, but for now: here's the Management line-up for 2005.

CEO... Craig Farrell
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the website and canadianva.com. Webmaster.

President... Daryl Shuttleworth
Responsible to coordinate, facilitate and generally PLAN the route CVA will take over the next year. I'm the eyes and ears and face of CVA. Will coordinate with Craig and all parties to make sure the website is up to date and operating efficiently.

VP, Internal, Toronto & Halifax... Tom McCall New position

Responsible for all internal CVA YYZ & YHZ Hub matters: coordinator, making sure that the hubs are not duplicating services, routes, etc. Liasion for the future route merge of all hubs into ONE DATABASE SCHEDULE.

VP, Internal, Vancouver & Cargo... Keith Henry New position

Hub Captains
Responsible for the day to day operations of their hub, working in coordination and cooperation with the management of CVA. All major hub inititatives (ie. expansion of routes) must be approved by a majority vote of management. Hub Captains will recruit 2 assistants to help in operational duties of their hub.

VP, External, East... Alyn Lunt
New positions
Lending a hand - when needed - to support the regions. Senators passing on their wisdom. Keeping an eye on events happening in their regions and getting the word back to CVA. This would include Canada and the US.

Chief Instrument Check Pilot... Ken Greenwood New position
Responsible for all CVA educational initiatives.

Website Consultant &
CVAAE Team Member... Bill Van Caulart
New position

If you have skills that can assist CVA, please check in with any of our management team... or failing that, pop me a line.
