Purchased the PMDG 737-700 and have done 3 flights with it so far.
Did a test flight with CVACARS and it worked well.
I am using a Westjet livery for the time being. I tried to find a config file to modify to CVA but, apparently, the config files are encrypted so was unable to change anything.
Hopefully we might get a CVA livery soon. I'm a noob at that sort of thing.

Found the config files:
C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\pmdg-aircraft-737\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-700

Replace ****** with appropriate name and you may have to change drive letter.
Above is for my machine so may vary somewhat on yours.

You can also just type %appdata% then follow the rest of the path as written above.
