I am not sure how to help you but the first line of you report, maybe the telltale sign. Check your firewall, and even the login information of the CVAcars program.

Probably firewall. Got the free win 10 upgrade and it's been a struggle. :roll:

Ok, got it working. Had to do a complete uninstall of cvacars and then reinstalled it outside of Program files.
