Well I don't know. Checked and re installed everything, and still cannot get a flight plan loaded into this. I can log in and connect to FS, I can see who is on line and chat in ACARS. I'm at my wits end!! Any other ideas. |

Hi Robert I am thinking you might have corrupt xml files. So try this unistall CVAcars. Go C:\Program Files\FS Products\CVAcars even after uninstall these two files stay there. So delete them and then reinstall the program. Go to options and enter your login info and then try the program again. Thanks your patiences. |

I think you may not have to uninstall. Just delete them and restrat the program and it will rebuild new ones. |

No problem men I appreciate the help. Tried the above however Windows or something is remembering the log in data and it is always filled in. This happens even if I remove the program and re install. Maybe I need to send you the XML files and config to look at? I tried deleting cookies with windows 7 as well however they do not show like previous versions of windows and I am lost. What if we reset my main log in info and password to the site? Rob |

here is another file to delete. "user.config" I do not have win 7 in my work PC here but if you do not find it tonight I can help you locate it. or Open Explorer and type %appdata% should be in C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\FS-Products\kACARS_-_Customizable.exe_Url_fizailbdof311recgcptaatusu2r15s1\1.0.1.2 C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\FS-Products\kACARS_-_Customizable.exe_Url_fizailbdof311recgcptaatusu2r15s1\1.0.1.2 C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\LocalLow\FS-Products\kACARS_-_Customizable.exe_Url_fizailbdof311recgcptaatusu2r15s1\1.0.1.2 |
