Well I finally got it installed but it won't work, FSX freezes. getting tired of the emails back and forth telling me to do stuff I have already told them I did.  I noticed all the BMPs are visible in windows preview, FSX has normally been DDS format and if they are BMPs they can't be seen using preview. something is screwed up. I purchased it at Simmarket.com

I purchased it at Simmarket.com Sure hope you get this figured out, Cal... weird how one guys machine will work fine with an addon while someone else has nothing but problems... I picked up mine at Simmarket as well. don't believe they'll do much in the way of support for it though... As for textures, they're 32bit BMPs, which preview will show. dds and DXT3 bmp wont show up...

It's all 32bit BMP textures. Not a DDS to be found and certainly no 16 bit textures.... Dumb questions, I'm sure you've done this, but did you right click and install as administrator? Does the plane load at all? Wish I could help you here... It's a terrific airplane.
