Shalom and greetings all my pals,
VATIL which is Israeli FIR division of Vatsim had NON-STOP 96 hour event for LLBG and LLET airports permitting all Vatsim pilots and me to have flights to Israel for FOUR STRAIGHT DAYS of COMPLETE ATC coverage by VATIL controllers!!!! It is LONGEST non stop coverage in history of Vatsim!!!!
Here is series of my 4 flights to Israel in this screenshot post and continuing other screenshot posts.
Allow me to present nice flight from LLET Eilat Airport (Hebrew: נמל התעופה אילת‎) also known as J. Hozman Airport located in the central area of the city of Eilat next to Route 90 (The Arava Road) to LLBG Ben Gurion International Airport (Hebrew: נמל התעופה בן גוריון‎) located near the city of Lod nine miles southeast of the center of Tel Aviv
Passengers arriving at terminal to enter into the building while picking up soda from soda machines
Passengers check in luggage through check in counter with a lady seen through window for short hop flight to Tel Aviv
Passengers waiting at gate inside the building seen through window for their plane to arrive to pick them
This is what you should use in case you left your camera in the waiting gate area
No it is not your plane to board. It is bound for DeGaulle airport in Paris.
No again it is not your plane as it is on hold position on runway 02 for take off to Heathrow airport in London.
Roaring down runway 02 for take off
Take off for London!!!
Yes your 757-200W plane finally arrived to pick you and passengers up!!!
Just please follow blue walk path to board the plane!!!
Entering into runway 02 to hold position there waiting for 10 minutes due to unusual busy air space around LLET and LLBG while VATIL controllers were trying to deal with some annoying pilot who was not listening to their approach orders for approach to LLET
Still holding on runway 02 with background view of famous Eilat marina
After 10 minute wait, finally airborne on climb to 12,000 ft heading to SAMAR and NURIT flying above famous Israeli highway route number 90
Still climbing to 12,000 ft with background view of OJAQ Aqaba Airport also known as King Hussein Int´l Airport located in the vicinity of Industrial City (Aqaba International Industrial Estate) in northern suburb of Aqaba in Jordan where you can see that the plane flown by some annoying pilot was forced by VATIL controllers to make emergency landing there to keep him out of extremely busy air space full of long line of planes waiting for turns to land on LLET Eilat airport
Heading to SAMAR on way to NURIT while climbing at 12,000 ft with background view of Jordan's desert mountains
Intercepting SAMAR and heading to NURIT with background view of LLOV Ovda Airport (Hebrew: נמל התעופה עובדה‎) about 37 miles north of the city of Eilat
Crusiing at 12,000 ft intercepting NURIT and heading to ZFR
Intercepting ZFR while being joined by flying formation of longer 757-300s
After intercepting ZFR now cruising to KINAR
Intercepting KINAR while approaching famed Dead Sea with its surface and shores at 1,388 ft below sea level which is considered Earth's lowest elevation on land.
Cruising across Dead Sea via J10 to TALMI while descending from 12,000 ft to 4,000 ft
When you reach northern end of Dead Sea intercepting TOMAL, it means it is time for you to get ready to make left turn to LLBG runway 26 after intercepting TALMI
Seconds from touchdown on runway 26
TOUCHDOWN
Exiting from runway into K to taxi to gate
Being connected to pushback tractor to be pulled into tight parking space at gate as the airport was full and crowded with planes during the event!!
Docked at the gate with background view of 747-400 doing its final checklist before super long range non stop flight to Los Angeles
On my fourth day of the non stop event flying from LOWW Vienna International Airport located in Schwechat 11 miles southeast of central Vienna to LLBG now descending from FL380 to 10,000 ft on way to LLBG runway 26
Joined by a pair of 777s for flying formation off Israeli shores to excite people at Tel Aviv beaches watching EL AL flying show
Moments from touchdown on runway 26
