Thought I'd share a couple of my most recent flight from YHZ to YUL. Learjet 45 with Canadian Forces Air Command livery (as we don't currently have Lear 45 livery for FSX) Climbing through FL180. Was close enough for my wonderful home base of CYZX to render. Just as quiet in FSX as it is in real life. A beautiful Nova Scotia sunrise as I cross over the Bay of Fundy A rather pleasing light reflection off the tail as I work my way towards the Can/US border, level at FL360

Actually, I didn't paint it. All credit for that goes to a Mr Michael White.
Or are you referring to the sun reflection?

Honestly, I couldn't tell you how I managed it. Could've had something to do with how low the sun was, and the angle of both the a/c relative to the sun, as well as the camera to the a/c, but that's all I can figure. Try something similar with the sun literally just above the horizon, and you might get a reflection like that. Hopefully you can get something.

Rob Vanderkam wrote: Great shots. I assume that is CFB Greenwood passing by on the port side of your first shot.
Let's see....is Greenwood listed under 'g' or under 'cfb' in the CFS.....
There it is! Under 'Greenwood, NS'. That's it all right.
cheers Thanks, Rob. And that's exactly why I took that first one. I could almost see my house from there. Haha
