Shalom and greetings all my pals,
Allow me to present nice example of educational screenshots of Canadian aviation history using DC-10-30 for 90 minute flight from one of the coldest airports in the world: PASC Deadhorse Airport located in Deadhorse on the North Slope of Alaska near Prudhoe Bay to PANC Anchorage International Airport located four nautical miles southwest of downtown Anchorage, Alaska!!!!
Mighty and shiny DC-10-30 ready for pushback and engine start at PASC
Starting engines
Taxiing to runway 22 with gorgeous background view of COLORFUL Alaskan sky
Entering into runway 22
Unleashing awesome thrust power of 53,000 lbf (235.8 kN) to start take off run
Airbone on climb to FL340 heading to PIPET toward CQR (look at very shiny engine covers)
Still climbing through some heavy clouds
Here is irrefutable proof of best part of flying within Alaska!! GORGEOUS sky view!!
Cruising at FL340 above snowy Alaskan landscape
Intercepting CQR and heading to ENN toward TKA
Gorgeous view of majestic and famed Mount McKinley or Denali which is the highest mountain peak in North America and the United States, with a summit elevation of 20,320 feet while descending from FL340 to 10,000 ft now at FL230
At 10,000 ft above Cook Inlet on way to PANC runway 32
You can see PANC in background with runways 7L and 7R in visual!!
Descending from 10,000 ft to 3,000 ft with background view of cruise ship
Making left turn toward runway 32 while deploying landing gear
On final approach to runway 32
Moments before touchdown
TOUCHDOWN!!
Braking down on icy runway 32
Exiting from runway toward terminal
Arrived at gate to drop off passengers
Thank you for viewing. Stay tuned for more exciting flights!!
Regards,
Aharon

Quote: What does it mean, if I actually remember Expo 86? You drank some REALLY OLD wine from that year? It's really bad when you can remember expo 67, It was a big one, Canada being 100 years old and all. as I go into a dark corner and cry......
