For those who have FSBuild, check your Export options. You should find an entry for FSAcars. Once you have created your flightplan in FSBuild and did an export, a file will be saved in your FSAcars folder.
Once you have FSAcars open and are ready to enter your flight info, simply click on the FSACARS button on the right. This will allow you to browse the flightplans in your FSAcars folder. Select the flightplan you want and your data will be entered into the form for you.
