I get that when FSX appears to crash on me, usually after about 3/4's of the way through a flight. I find I can salvage the flight by not clicking yes or no on the fsacars dialog but just wait until FSX wants to respond again. You got to be patient though it could take upwards of 10 minutes before FSX comes back to life and and then you can click "yes" to resume the log. I'm not sure if this is the reason but I use to fly with "Real Weather updates" every 15 minutes but since I switched to "Real Weather static" The FSX crashes aren't nearly as frequent. I don't know if it was a matter of wires getting crossed when both FSacars and FSX weather both were trying to do something at the same time or what.

1. Go to the CVA web site 2. Log in to web site 3. Go to Pilot Center 4. Download FSACARS Config. 5. Install the new confog ("CVA.ini" file) into your FSACARS folder of you computer. 6. Enjoy your flight.
If I have not mentioned it "welcome to CVA"
Enjoy

thank you, i was thinking that i entered the Call sign wrong in the Pre Flight so i was going to change the call sign to see if that works, i already had the CVA.ini file and the planes file downloaded and put in the FSAcars file.

In the startup of FSACARS only change these items and nothing else
1. Enter flight level 2. Select Aircraft type 3. Select Online option 4. Enter Cargo weight

try right clicking either the fsacars .exe or a shortcut you create to it and choose Run as administrator.

I'm not seeing the Import Fight From VA button in FSacars or whatever it is.
First you have to Bid on a flight on the CVA site, then import it into FSacars. That will populate fields like Flight IATA, Regist, Cargo, Passengers, etc.
And THEN you change the fields that Frank mentionned above.
