Hello Burton
You do have a strange problem there. Chuck and Darryl are the experts here but all I can suggest is compare your CVA.ini file with the post in this link http://www.canadianva.com/cgi-bin....29;st=0
Maybe something change this file from your first post. In any case the flight is not lost and will remain until it gets synchronized with the CVA FSACARS database.

Right on ,same problem . I read this thread but because it worked the first time didn't think that would be the problem Changed my pilot # it in a couple of places and saved it and resent the file and it went fine. Thanks

You are not the first, this must be a bug with the programing. I am sure our resident expert Darryl will take care of this.

I have had the " no log file no company pilot" message a couple of times and in each case I had caused the problem by clicking on some FSACARS button that I shouldnt have at that point. I was able to retrace my steps and submit the log file ok and it was eventually recorded. I wish I could recall exactly what it was but I do so many of those things .....!

After reading the Read me Txt that comes with FSAcars I found that I cannot read It says scroll to the bottom which I was not doing since there is a gap in the files from what I was seeing in Notebook to the next bit of information and right at the bottom there is the Pilot Number, ??? I was seeing it half way down the page and changing it there which didn't do it of course.. Always in a hurry thanks for the info .. working right now .

Glad to hear you have it working now Burt! I guess that means we'll be seeing you more often online now
Hopefully you and many others can make it out to our regular Multi's on Saturday nights.
Cheers!
