Can you take screenshot snap of file directory of all files of FSCARS? By looking at the files, I can pinpoint the problem.

Do I assume it is your FSCARS flight report?

It is because you did not import your flight from the VA. If you look at the Flight IATA from the log you posted, it reads FLIGHT #. It should read CVA and then a four digit flight number.

Give the Quick Start Guide a read. It is in a pinned topic at the top of this forum. If you follow it and you still have issues, we will do the best we can to help but you have to at least give it a read.

I guess you must have missed that part in the Quick Start Guide about downloading your new CVA.ini file.... ???

If you are using the new ini file do not under any circumstances change your callsign or pilot number anywhere in FSAcars.

I asked you to post screenshot of the file directory of FSCARS and its files so that I can examine what is wrong.

Also post screenshot of the FSCARS flight planner before you take flight so that I can examine what is wrong.

Without those two crucial clues, you cannot expect any of us to help you.

Regards,

Aharon

Hey Carlos, use the Contact Us link from the main site and email a copy of your CVA.ini file to that address. I want to see what is in your ini file. It is possible that there could be something amiss there.

Hey Carlos,

Are you using Windows 7 or Windows Vista? I know that sometimes people have problems with the CVA.ini file with one of these 2 operating systems.

Send the cva.ini file to us as Chuck says and we'll take a look.

Cheers!

you do not need screenshot program!!!

Just press print screen button and paste it on MS Paint that comes with Windows operating system and save it.

That is all.

Look at screenshot forum of CVA forums and see how I did.

Then upload screenshot into freeware photobucket and then click on hyperlink of screenshot to be posted on your post.

For explanation how to use photobucket, ask somebody here.

Aharon

Hey Carlos, I noticed that my Send Log doesn't work until I press Stop Log on the main page. I didn't used to have to do that. Is that it?
