It will revert to whatever you have set in your default flight.

If you don't like the default flight for whatever reason, just change and save it. Make sure to click Set As Default Flight or whatever the toggle is.

I set mine as a Beechcraft King Air 350 at CYUL, day, clear weather.

Under Settings/General - if you check the box "Use System Time for Free Flight" The date/time will always be the current date/time. No need to re-enter unless you want to. You might have to save this setting as part of the default flight.
