Hi - I just received an email saying I have been inactive for last 90 days. But that's not possible as I made my last flight on 25th of March. Please look into it.

I got the same thing, But after checking profile everything is OK,

I am wondering if someone is trying to hack our site. In the past few weeks there is strange activity with new members trying to signup with the names.

I have refused all of them because all of them. Daryl can weight in, if he knows anything about this

I received the same message and told me to re-active: I must fill a pireps. My last pireps March 26. I,am afread if I do that next time, I will have some problems with my identity

Hi All,

I also received the same message. I know there was an auto-timeout setting for pilots to mark them as inactive after 90 days if no pirep was filed. If you do another flight it should automatically mark you as active again.

I'm not sure why this has happened with those who have not flown more recently (less than 90 days). I'll have to dig into the system a bit and see. Otherwise, no worries and the next time you fly it should show you as active.

Hi All,

It seems we have located the problem with the system. A couple of years ago we moved over to a new host provider and they setup a test / demo duplicate site. The demo site was still running and looks like it caused the issue. This was their email to me below:



Anyone who had received this email in error the past couple of days should be fine and are showing up as active on our pilot rosters and apologies for the confusion.
