Holla!

Just got off the phone with the supreme one (aka CVA983, CEO, Farrell-face, Microsoft-boy), and he is inbound YVR on Friday (tomorrow). He will most likely stay all day - for a 11pm departure back to the land of MS and Starbucks.

Here's the agenda so far:

Ken M and the CEO will do a sightseeing tour from Boundary Bay from Noon to 130/2pm.

Then, Ken and Craig will drive to the Flying Beaver (at the YVR Harbour Air South Terminal) and have a late lunch, and a CVA get together.

So, anyone who can, be at the Beaver at 200 - 230pm, for a meet and greet. Craig says he is paying! :D

Who's in?

Who's in for the Beaver?

BTW, Wade Chafe is also in town - the LDS767 developer - going to meet him for dinner tomorrow night. Perhaps we can all do a dinner downtown?

As usual I'm confused. Is it lunch or dinner?

You guys are way too old, and married to boot, to worry about such things.

For my part, it was my pleasure to have the opportunity to meet Craig after all these years of belonging to CVA. He is a great guy.

Craig and I had a short flight together. The weather was not as good as I hoped. Craig and I spent an hour in the air during which we toured the Lower Mainland out to Whonnock and back over Vancouver, so we covered most of the local terrain under a low ceiling. I think we both had a lot of fun. I skipped the late lunch because Craig would have had to try to get me back to CZBB through brutal rush hour traffic. Dale, DS and I get together enough that I am forgiven (I think).

Thanks DS for entertaining Craig during my delay to CZBB.

It was a great day.

An absolutely fantastic day for sure!

Thanks Ken for the flight, it was great, the DVD will be forthcoming once I get my PC running again!

DS and Dale, thanks for showing me Vancouver hospitality! I am eagerly waiting getting together with everyone again. We should plan something here in Seattle, flight museum maybe?

The flying beaver is a great place. I'll frequent that establishment I think.

Traffic coming home was almost non-existent. The border wait was about 10 minutes. Got home nice and early and spent some quality time with my wife ;)

Thanks again guys, it really is a pleasure to meet CVA'ers face to face. I can't wait to get my PC going again and have some time to get FS'ing again.
