Regional Turboprop - DH8-300

De Havilland Canada began development of the Dash 8 in the late 1970's in response to what it saw as a considerable market demand for a new generation 30 to 40 seat commuter airliner. The first series 300 aircraft was flown for the first time on May 15, 1987. Flight testing culminated in the awarding of Canadian certification in February 1989, with the first delivery to Time Air following late that same month. US certification was awarded in June 1989.

Regional Turboprop - PC12

The PC-12 is a King Air class and size turboprop aimed at corporate transport and regional airliner operators. It is the latest in a line of single engine PT6 powered Pilatus products. The cockpit features EFIS displays and the PC-12 is certificated for single pilot operation while each PC-12 built features a standard cargo door in the rear fuselage.

Regional Turboprop - B350

Design of an improved development of the successful King Air B200 began in August 1981, the 14 month design effort culminating in the first flight of the modernized 300 model in October the following year. The major improvements being a stretched fuselage and the addition of winglets. The latest member of the King Air family, it had its first flight in 1988, and has been in production since late 1989.

Regional Jet - CRJ-200


Canadair's Regional Jet pioneered the new 50 seat jet class, and has since become a runaway sales success. The Series 200 is available in standard 200, long range 200LR with optional greater fuel capacity, and the extended range Series 200ER (all three are offered in B form with CF34-3B1s for improved hot and high performance). Corporate shuttle configurations are also available as the Corporate Jetliner and the SE (Special Edition).
